The first point of contact for a Covert Customer visit is from us to you via an introductory letter, so that we can target the owner/manager directly and discreetly. To keep to our target of visiting a new client within 8 weeks of their request, we need to be able to control demand. We do not advertise, we do not use social media, but if you are here because you are interested in our service and have not yet received one of our introductory letters, then feel free to contact us to be included on our waiting list.

If you have received one of our introductory letters and wish to proceed with a visit then please confirm to office@covertcustomers.com or use the contact form below using your restaurant name and postcode as a booking reference.

Payment: On confirmation of the booking we will email you a VAT invoice with secure payment details.
